City Hall

City Hall houses the City Clerk, Deputy City Clerk/HR, Executive Assistant/Grants Coordinator, Payment office, Utility Clerk, Administrative Assistant, and the Mayor. We also have a Public Works Department and a Water & Waste Water Treatment Plant that we work with daily. 

Operations of City Hall include:

City Council Chambers: City council members convene here to discuss, debate, and vote on local ordinances, budgets, and policies.

City Clerk's Office: The city clerk oversees the daily operations of the city and reports to the city council.

Internal Administration: Managing internal policies, procedures, and communications to ensure efficient operations.

Public Records: We maintain and provide access to various public records, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Budgeting: City halls prepare and manage budgets, allocating funds for various municipal departments and initiatives.

Public Hearings: City halls host public hearings where residents can voice opinions on proposed policies, developments, or other local matters.

Legal Counsel: Our City attorney provides legal advice to the city council, mayor, and city departments.
