The City of Bonifay, Florida, herein referred to as the "CITY", is requesting Proposals from Engineering Firms, licensed to practice in the State of Florida to provide professional engineering services related to the design, engineering, and related tasks for the rehabilitation of the City’s Multipurpose and Recreation Center Complex.
This agreement will be undertaken as a component part of a US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Project Funding Award (Agreement No. B-22-CP-FL-0229).

THE TIME OF RECEIPT WILL BE DETERMINED BY THE TIME RECEIVED IN THE PURCHASING AGENT’S OFFICE. IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE FIRM FOR ASSURING THAT THE RFP IS RECEIVED IN THE PURCHASING OFFICE BY THE DESIGNATED DATE AND TIME. NO FAXED, ELECTRONIC, OR ORAL RFP WILL BE ACCEPTED.
